We will glide along the peaceful shoreline to admire the sweet smell an delicate flowers of the many summersweet bushes in their natural habitat. Learn about these and other native plants as we explore this successional pond ecosystem. This guided tour offers a front-row seat to the pond’s stunning seasonal transformation, making it an effortless escape into Connecticut’s blooming wilderness.


Odd pricing structure to encourage carpooling. (There are only 5 parking spots for cars.) Everyone will be in their own kayak.
