Golden Hour Freshwater Tidal Wetland Tour

Glide through the vibrant summer colors of the Coginchaug and Mattabesset rivers on a beginner-friendly daytime paddle through the heart of the freshwater tidal marsh. We will navigate lush aquatic gardens blanketed in stunning yellow waterlilies and the spiked purple blooms of pickerelweed, while keeping an eye out for painted turtles basking on sun-warmed logs. It is a peaceful, sun-drenched excursion perfect for spotting local wildlife and enjoying the peak season for these flowers.
